Where we deliver

We ship only to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A delivery option must be available for your address at checkout.

Prices and Standard shipping

Prices are in USD. Standard shipping is free where offered at checkout, with no minimum-order threshold. Payment-provider currency conversion or other fees may differ. Free shipping refers to the store delivery charge, not a promise that every tax or carrier charge is included.

Fulfillment origin

Orders use CJdropshipping supplier fulfillment. Depending on the item, products are dispatched from China or the United States through our CJdropshipping fulfillment partner. Some China-dispatched items require procurement from the listed factories before carrier handoff. A U.S. dispatch origin does not mean U.S. manufacture. Different items may use different warehouses or arrive in separate parcels. We do not describe every item as U.S.-held or U.S.-made.

Shipment timing and delivery estimates

Items may require supplier procurement before carrier handoff. Unless a different shipment period is stated before purchase, we apply a 30-day order-to-shipment deadline after receipt of a properly completed order. If we cannot meet the applicable deadline, we will email you no later than that deadline with the reason, any supported revised shipment date, and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt monetary refund. This is a shipment deadline, not a promised delivery date.

Current selected-service quotations indicate an estimated 8–12 days in transit after dispatch for items sent from China and 1–7 days for items sent from the United States, depending on the item and service. The supplier quotations do not specify whether these are business or calendar days. These estimates were checked using representative U.S. postal codes, not every address. Preparation and any supplier procurement take place before dispatch and are additional to transit; carrier or customs delays may extend transit. No guaranteed arrival date is offered.

Shipment means handoff to the carrier. Transit estimates run after dispatch and do not include a separate preparation interval unless expressly stated. Carrier interruptions, customs where applicable, holidays and address issues may affect arrival. Contact buldozer1200@gmail.com before ordering if a particular date matters.

If shipment is delayed

If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, or the applicable period when no shipment time was stated, we will notify you promptly and no later than the applicable shipment deadline. We will give the revised shipment information, if known, and your option to cancel for a full, prompt monetary refund. If no revised shipment date can reasonably be given, we will explain why and say that no date can be provided. We seek explicit agreement to a revised shipping time; if it is not agreed, we will cancel the unshipped order and refund it as required. We may also cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill. An estimate does not waive these obligations.

Tracking and problems

We provide tracking details when supplied by the fulfillment service. A first carrier scan may take time to appear. If a parcel is missing, damaged, late or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Taxes and import charges

Products dispatched from China may incur U.S. import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges. We do not promise duty-paid delivery. Charges collected by the store are shown at checkout; any import or clearance charges not collected there may be payable by the recipient when assessed. Free Standard shipping covers the store delivery charge only. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about possible import charges.
